The organising team of the Colin McRae forest stages rally would like to thank all those involved in the running of another great event. We thank all marshals, officials, radio crews, rescue, doctors and recovery crews, who spent a long time in the forests, for their time and expertise.

We also would like to thank the many people from in and around Perth who help make the event happen, Perth City Council, The City Centre management, The Tayside Police, The Forestry Commission, Tillhill Forestry, Perth racecourse and many more.

It was great to see so may cars start the event and we are happy that most of them enjoyed the stages even though someone has said they were a bit slippy!

We would also like to thank the huge numbers of spectators who turned out to watch and thank them for their co-operation with the marshals who were having a busy time.

We apologise for the long delay and the eventual cancellation of stage 4 but unfortunately the reason came down to something that was out with our control.

We offer our congratulations to Alasdair McRae in winning the rally and also to all the various class and award winners. We also would like to congratulate Dave Weston on his SRC title.

Once again thank you to all and we hope to see you all again next year.
